The Loana Onboarding Process
Our goal is to make your transition to Loana as smooth as possible.
After purchasing a Loana Pro plan, you'll be connected to your personal Loana Onboarding Specialist. Next, we've simplified our onboarding process into 3 steps - Data Consultation, Data Migration, and Loana 101
Step 1 - Data Consultation
Together we'll go over your current lead and opportunity data. Then we'll determine the requirements for importing that data into Loana.
Step 2 - Data Migration
Next, your dedicated Loana Onboarding Specialist will migrate your leads and opportunities into Loana. This process can take up to 72 hours.
Step 3 - Loana 101
The final step is a learning session with your team and Loana Onboarding Specialist. Together we'll cover the ins and outs of Loana, and get your entire team up-to-speed so they can hit the ground running!
